The Implementation Services engagement includes, consulting, customization and configuration, integration, migration and user training.

Salesforce consulting. At this stage we help you identify and define business objectives you want Salesforce to support. Examples would be, increasing sales rep productivity, reduce long sales cycles, increase customer satisfaction or creating a comprehensive customer views. We then map those business objectives into Salesforce features. Then we’ll help you select Salesforce functionality (either default or custom) to achieve them. Recommending the most suitable Salesforce edition, so you get your business challenges addressed without paying for unneeded features. We analyze your requirements and suggest an edition, which will be a perfect match for your business.
Customization and configuration. We attempt to do most of the tailoring using the declarative method, utilizing built-in features to configure the platform. We refer to this as developing with clicks versus code. It allows for quicker development and minimal impact to the platform. However, based on your requirements we may need to introduce custom code into the platform as well.
Integration. We perform integrations to make Salesforce seamlessly work with third-party systems, such as email marketing platforms, ecommerce platforms,  ERP and document management systems. We can integrate apps on the AppExchange and develop custom integration if there are no commercially available integration modules available.
Data transfer from old CRM. We safely migrate your data into Salesforce without data loss or corruption, system downtime and impact on your business processes.
QA, Launch & User training. After we have configured and customized your Salesforce Org, we make it available to a select group of users who will try out the functionality and make sure it works as required. We then provide Salesforce training to your entire team to increase user adoption and help them understand the benefits of using the newly delivered features. We’ll also deploy default and custom features Salesforce includes that are designed to enhance employee productivity.
After-launch support. We provide after-launch support services for tuning features and taking measures to increase user adoption in addition to user training (consult on any Salesforce-related issues, provide release notes, etc.). See Remote Admin Support service for more details.
